4. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you perform all exercises and for creating a safe environment for your practice. All participation is at your own risk.

5. No Guarantees

Results may vary. No guarantees regarding fitness, flexibility, strength, recovery, or other outcomes are made.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and discharge Jordyn and her business from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from injury, harm, or loss related to your participation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jordyn and her business from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.

8. Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary and you confirm you are physically and mentally capable of engaging in this program.

9. Subscription Terms

All classes, videos, and materials are owned exclusively by Jordyn and protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share content. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, fines, or claims for damages.

This agreement is governed by the laws of your applicable state or jurisdiction.
